Product Description
- The Paintbox Carbo is particularly suitable for detecting paint mist, gases, vapours and odours from solvents.
- It is used for work processes with gaseous and vapour emissions, such as gluing and bonding work and the application of solvents.
- It is particularly suitable for workshops, laboratories or production areas where both paint mist and unpleasant odours need to be reliably removed.
- Thanks to its compact design and modular construction, it can be flexibly adapted to different workstations.
- The Paintbox Carbo extraction wall has a modular design.
- Its intake front is equipped with a two-stage filter system consisting of a paper pre-filter and glass fibre fine filter, supplemented by an integrated activated carbon filter for adsorbing gaseous pollutants.
- The fan is mounted on the roof and fitted with spark protection, while the ATEX Ex II 2 G-compliant motor provides additional safety for sensitive applications.
- The construction made entirely of galvanised metal panels with load-bearing side and partition walls ensures stability and durability.
- Integrated lighting and optional connection to exhaust air systems or heat exchangers round off the system.
- The option of routing the air to the outside or combining it with heat recovery also makes them particularly energy-efficient.
- The Paintbox Carbo thus makes a decisive contribution to improving air quality and occupational safety.
