Product Description
- The Paintbox Mobil extraction wall is ideal for capturing paint mist, gases, vapours and odours from solvent-based work processes.
- It is used for wet painting and paint mist-intensive work in workshops, paint booths, production areas and test environments.
- Its compact dimensions and flexible mobility make it ideal for temporary use at various workstations.
- Typical applications include spray painting small to medium-sized components, working with solvent-based substances and combined capture tasks with high demands on air pollution control.
- The Paintbox Mobil can also be integrated into existing systems in an energy-efficient manner thanks to the option of connecting it to exhaust air systems or heat exchangers.
- The compact and flexible Paintbox Mobil extraction wall has a modular design, is made entirely of galvanised metal panels and is equipped with a two-stage filter system consisting of a paper pre-filter and a glass fibre fine filter.
- In addition, an integrated activated carbon filter reliably adsorbs gaseous pollutants and solvent vapours.
- The mobile version with swivel castors allows easy use at changing workstations.
- The spark-protected fan and optionally available EX-protected fans and motors in accordance with ATEX Ex II 2 G offer additional safety for sensitive applications.
