Product Description
  • The tool is designed for processing large areas on variable-speed angle grinders.
Application
  • The POLINOX abrasive disc consists of polyamide fleece, in which abrasive grain is integrated.
  • The abrasive fleece and abrasive cloth flaps are glued to a glass cloth backing plate, which means that the front of the discs can be used on large surfaces.
  • The tightly packed lamellas ensure a long service life.
  • The high flexibility enables optimal adaptation to the contour of the workpiece.
  • The grinding disc ensures cool grinding and low thermal stress on the workpiece.
  • The high flexibility of the fleece material and the open structure prevent the tool from clogging.
  • For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 10–20 m / s.
  • For safety reasons, the specified maximum permissible speed must never be exceeded.
