Product Description
  • The mounted points are suitable for surface treatment such as matting and satin finishing metals, cleaning oxidized non-ferrous metals, roughening plastics, adapting the surface of weld seams and matting stainless steel.
Application
  • The POLINOX mounted points are made of polyamide fleece, in which abrasive grain is integrated.
  • The abrasive fleece is arranged radially in lamellar form.
  • The tightly packed lamellas ensure a long service life.
  • The high flexibility enables optimal adaptation to the contour of the workpiece.
  • The abrasive corundum ensures cool grinding and low thermal stress on the workpiece.
  • The high flexibility of the fleece material and the open structure prevent the tool from clogging.
  • For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 10–20 m / s.
  • For safety reasons, the specified maximum permissible speed must never be exceeded.
  • With "PFERDERGONOMICS®", the development of vibrations and noise is reduced during use and work comfort is improved.
