Product Description
- The PFERD belts are suitable for coarse to fine sanding and for polishing in metal processing.
- The abrasive belts are used for aggressive grinding with the highest cutting performance on hard, poorly heat-conducting materials.
- The constant maximum performance is achieved by the self-sharpening ceramic grain.
- Active abrasive additives in the base achieve a significantly higher stock removal rate, prevent clogging and cause cooler sanding.
- The belts achieve a high level of economy thanks to their high grinding performance and service life.
- The sanding belts have a high tear resistance with optimal flexibility.
- The rubber hose of the sanding roller yields flexibly when the contact pressure is increased, which reduces the heat input and wear of the sanding belts.
- Short strips achieve their best performance at a recommended cutting speed of 5–15 m / s.
- Suitable tool drives are roller drives.
