Product Description
- Carbide burrs with a steel long shank and 3 PLUS teeth are particularly suitable for machining cast iron, steel, stainless steel (INOX), nickel-based and titanium alloys in areas that are particularly difficult to access.
- The drop-shaped burr is suitable for milling hard aluminium alloys.
- The steel long shank can be shortened by the user if required by the application.
- To prevent kinking, the tool must be brought into contact with the workpiece before switching on.
- It is important to use only backlash-free drives or clamping systems; burrs with a steel long shank are not suitable for robotic or stationary use.
- The carbide burr achieves a high and economical cutting performance and a long tool life thanks to the optimised coordination of teeth, carbide and geometry.
- Thanks to precise concentricity, impact-free work without chatter marks is possible and the tool drive wears less.
- The machining tasks include milling, levelling, deburring, creating openings, surface machining, milling and weld seam machining.
