Product Description
- This POLIFAN flap disc with ultra-cool grinding, specially developed for stainless steel (INOX), is ideal for surface grinding, gradual fine grinding, as well as for surface processing and weld seam processing.
- Even in thermally unfavorable conditions, thanks to the ceramic grain CO with its special grinding active, cooling coating (FREEZE), no tarnishing occurs, so that no reworking is required.
- Due to the FREEZE coating, the heat input into the workpiece is significantly lower than with standard serrated lock washers.
- Due to the aggressive cutting performance, the work progress is fast and the economy is high.
- The serrated lock washer is extremely aggressive over its entire service life.
- Thanks to the outstanding service life, fewer tool changes are necessary.
- The usual flying sparks are reduced to a minimum, which means that damage to stainless steel workpieces from glowing sparks flying around is almost impossible.
