Product Description
- The manual and compact PROLAQ Compact cleaning system is ideal for flow cup guns and guns with external material supply.
- The semi-automatic system can be used flexibly, works without electricity and has a flow-through brush, a compressed air gun and a funnel for emptying the gun.
- The unique 3-stage treatment system, consisting of a coarse filter, sedimentation basin and fine filter, extends the service life of the medium used and is therefore enormously economical.
- The cleaning system is mobile and freely installable and has no ex-zone obligation.
- The stable device made of plastic (PE) has an ergonomic design and has a high stability at a comfortable working height.
- The technology module is equipped with a compressed air diaphragm pump and a compressed air connection and is particularly easy to maintain.
- The painting tools can be dried after cleaning with the help of the compressed air gun.
- By actuating the foot switch, the cleaning medium runs out of the flow brush and paint spray guns, hoses, brushes and rollers are cleaned of paint.
- Any remaining paint can be quickly and easily removed from the gun through the opening at the bottom.
- The paint residues collect in the stilling basin and the cleaner is recycled through the double filter (coarse, fine and candle filter).
- The paint residues can then be removed from the sedimentation tank with a rag.
- Thanks to the mobility of the PROLAQ Compact, changing workplaces with the device is easy to implement.
- In combination with PROLAQ cleaners PROLAQ L 100 and PROLAQ L 500, the work process is facilitated and safe work is made possible.
- A lid with splash guard function is optionally available.
