Product Description
- The Verderflex Dura 10 is ideal for industrial applications where abrasive, corrosive or shear-sensitive media need to be conveyed or metered.
- Typical applications can be found in the chemical industry, water and waste water treatment, the paper and pulp industry and in food and beverage processing.
- Thanks to the reliable media contact exclusively via the hose and the robust design, the Dura 10 can also be used with aggressive liquids such as sodium hypochlorite or ferric chloride.
- The pump can be equipped with various high-quality hose materials that are optimally matched to the respective pumped medium: Natural rubber (NR) for highly abrasive slurries, nitrile rubber (NBR) for oily and greasy liquids, NBR-FDA for applications in the food industry and EPDM for corrosive chemicals.
- Thanks to this variety of materials, the Verderflex Dura 10 offers maximum flexibility and process reliability for a wide range of conveying requirements.
- The Verderflex Dura 10 is a compact, innovative and reliable industrial peristaltic pump that offers maximum performance in the smallest of spaces.
- Their innovative motor connection reduces the footprint by up to 70 % compared to conventional peristaltic pumps without compromising on performance.
- The hose is the only component that comes into contact with the medium, making the Verderflex Dura 10 ideal for abrasive, corrosive and shear-sensitive liquids.
- Quick and easy hose replacement is made possible by a sophisticated system that requires no shortening or complicated assembly.
- The robust design, lifetime-lubricated bearings and optimized hose geometry ensure minimal maintenance, smooth running and a long service life for the pump and hose.
- With a dry suction height of up to 9.5 meters and a maximum operating pressure of 12 bar, the Dura 10 sets new standards in its class.
