Product Description
- The Verderflex iDura25 is ideal for industrial applications in which aggressive, abrasive or sensitive liquids need to be conveyed or metered precisely - for example in the chemical, water and waste water industry, paper and pulp industry or food processing.
- As only the pump hose comes into contact with the medium, the pump is particularly reliable and hygienic to use.
- Various hose materials are available depending on the requirements: Natural rubber for abrasive slurries, NBR for oily and organic liquids, food-grade NBRF for hygienic processes, EPDM for chemically aggressive media, CSM (Hypalon®) for highly corrosive substances.
- Supplemented by suitable flange inserts made of stainless steel, polypropylene or PVDF, the iDura25 offers a flexible and low-maintenance solution for a wide range of applications with increased delivery volumes.
- The Verderflex iDura25 is a compact and powerful industrial peristaltic pump based on the proven Dura25 technology and equipped with a frequency converter and hose rupture monitoring as standard.
- The integrated frequency inverter enables infinitely variable speed control, allowing the delivery rate of the iDura25 to be flexibly and precisely adapted to the respective process.
- It impresses with its particularly space-saving design combined with a high conveying capacity and long service life.
- The specially developed pump hose is the only component in contact with the medium and can be changed without tools or clamps.
- The integrated motor connection ensures smooth running, low heat generation and a long service life for the hose and gearbox.
- Flange inserts made of stainless steel, PP or PVDF are available for maximum adaptability - depending on the chemical load.
- With a flow rate of up to 1190 l/h and an operating pressure of up to 6 bar, the iDura25 is ideal for industrial processes that require reliability, dosing accuracy and compactness.
- It is available in both 1- and 3-phase versions.
