Product Description
- The Verderflex iDura5 is ideal for industrial applications in which abrasive, corrosive or highly sensitive media need to be conveyed and metered safely.
- Typical areas of application are water and waste water treatment, chemical processes, the food and beverage industry and the paper and pulp industry.
- The iDura5 can be equipped with different high-performance hoses in order to be perfectly adapted to the respective pumped medium: Natural rubber (NR) for slightly aggressive chemicals and abrasive slurries, nitrile rubber (NBR) for oily and organic liquids, CSM (Hypalon®) for highly corrosive media and Verderprene for almost all acids, bases and alcohols.
- This selection of hose materials ensures that the iDura5 offers a safe, durable and efficient solution for a wide range of industrial conveying tasks.
- The Verderflex iDura5 is a compact and robust industrial peristaltic pump for precise dosing tasks, equipped with additional technology such as a frequency converter and hose rupture monitoring for even greater operational reliability.
- The integrated frequency converter enables infinitely variable speed control, allowing the iDura5's conveying capacity to be flexibly and precisely adapted to the respective process.
- Thanks to the short-coupled design, it requires up to 70 % less floor space and extends the service life of the hose and gearbox.
- The part in contact with the medium is exclusively the durable special hose, which can be changed quickly without clamping or shortening.
- Flange inserts made of stainless steel, polypropylene (PP) or PVDF are available for various media - PP for standard applications, PVDF for highly aggressive chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite.
- The iDura5 is available in a 1-phase or 3-phase version: ideal for flexible use or stable operation in industrial applications.
- With a flow rate of up to 23 l/h and an operating pressure of up to 5 bar, it is the compact solution for reliable dosing with minimal maintenance.
