Product Description
  • The axially tension-resistant, fire-resistant NORMACONNECT® GRIP E-FP pipe coupling is ideal for the secure connection of metal pipes. It is used especially in the marine sector, both civil and military. The pipe coupling is suitable for connections on waste water pipes, drinking water pipes, compressed air pipes, pipes in shipbuilding or for pipes for transporting solid, liquid and gaseous media.
Application
  • The NORMACONNECT® GRIP E-FP pipe coupling housing is made of W5 stainless steel and has a fire-resistant lining. The pipe coupling has an EPDM band insert and an anchoring ring with conically punched teeth that grip into any pipe surface (steel, stainless steel or cast iron), thereby ensuring secure and strong axial tensile strength. Thanks to its special design, the GRIP E coupling absorbs strong vibrations and pressure surges. The stress-free connector is ready to install and saves weight. It works according to the two-lip sealing system.
