Product Description
- The ST-3FF series push-fit coupling is ideal for connecting hoses and pipes in the agricultural, construction, offshore (oil & gas), vehicle and road construction sectors.
- The plug-in coupling is made of galvanised steel and has a female SAE thread. The seal is made of polyurethane and Teflon.
- The ST-3FF series is characterised by higher operating pressures than conventional series in accordance with ISO 16028 and a pulse resistance of up to one million cycles in the coupled state.
- Thanks to a specially designed flat valve, no air is trapped in the hydraulic system during the coupling process and oil loss is prevented. The safety lock prevents unintentional uncoupling.
- The ST-3FF series can be coupled to the unpressurised opposite side (ST-FF, VC-FF, ST-2FSI series) under residual pressure. The residual pressure must not exceed the maximum operating pressure of the respective component. Furthermore, the opposite side should be unpressurised and open to the tank during use. Any residual pressure on the opposite side would result in an increased coupling force.
