- The pneumatically linear damped vibrators are used in plant and mechanical engineering, the construction industry, energy, the plastics and chemical industries, food and feed, heavy industry and environmental technology, and are used for filter cleaning by means of vibration, silo and container emptying, vibrating big bag emptying and vibrating chutes.
- Ideal for use on vibrating pipes for transport, vibrating tables for compaction or as a flow aid for discharge silos and hoppers.
- Suitable for dusty environments.
- The vibration in these vibrators is generated by the linear movement of a floating piston (without impact between the inner surfaces). An excellent solution, e.g. for rat holes or internal applications
- that require a noise level within 80 dB(A).
- The installation of K series products does not require drilling into walls, making them suitable for installation in existing systems.
- They are certified according to ATEX EX II 2DG cT (x) and can therefore be used in potentially explosive atmospheres (such as those found in the chemical or food sectors).
- The pneumatic linear damped vibrators are quiet, easy to install and have a clear design.
- The K series pneumatic floating piston vibrators operate at a working pressure of 2 to 6 bar (29 to 87 PSI).
- The models in the K series are made of anodised aluminium.
