Product Description
- The point free blasting device with accessories is a professional device for blasting coking.
- The device scores with a large tank and its own back suction. Sucking back into an integrated container is cleaner and safer than sucking back into an industrial vacuum cleaner. Furthermore, the weaker back suction mainly sucks back material that is still usable so that it can be reused. The air consumption is lower than that of a pressure blasting device. The latter, however, can also be a disadvantage, since an injector device is not as powerful and quick to remove as a pressure blasting device.
- The scope of delivery includes a chassis with two large wheels, a funnel-shaped steel blasting container with a volume of approx. 15 l, three hooks for attaching the hose package and the blasting gun, a hose package with a length of approx. 2 m, a carrying lever, a professional Hand blasting gun, a blasting nozzle for other blasting work, a brush attachment, four different rubber nozzles (one point nozzle, one nozzle for side edges, one nozzle each for inner and outer edges) and the "Set2" accessory set, consisting of an adapter ring to slide onto the Jet lances, a small round nozzle made of rubber, two jet lances and a special nozzle for inserting the jet lances.
- The inner diameter of the small, conically cut round nozzle can be enlarged by cutting the nozzle lengthwise.
- One of the jet lances can be modified to a desired arc, for example.
- For safety reasons, walnut shells must be used to blast coking.
