Product Description
  • The PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is the strong blind rivet setting tool for extra strong blind rivets.
  • Thanks to the brushless motor and the 20,000 N setting force, the PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is even stronger and blind rivets all materials up to 6.4 mm in diameter.
Application
  • PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is a powerful setting tool for high piece counts and fast work sequences. Thanks to the brushless motor and a setting force of 20,000 N, it is even stronger than before. The autoreverse function enables a fast setting process, and the tool is ready for use again immediately. With a stroke of 25 mm, even long rivets can be set without any problems.
  • The PowerBird Pro Gold Edition operates almost wear-free, as it does not use any wear-prone brushes. The motor is extremely durable and reliably ensures high setting frequencies.
  • The setting tool is proven and ergonomically designed. It features the low-wear chuck jaw system and the ergonomic design of the TAURUS series.
  • The PowerBird Pro Gold Edition is versatile. It can set blind rivets up to a diameter of 6.4 mm of all materials and up to a diameter of 8 mm aluminum. It can also set BULB-TITE blind rivets up to 7.7 mm diameter of all materials and MEGA GRIP and G-Bulb blind rivets up to 6.4 mm diameter of all materials. It is important to use the correct pressure bush according to the operating instructions.
  • The pressure release ensures that the components to be riveted lie reliably on top of each other without a gap before the riveting process. It ensures that the blind rivet reaches its final position in the bore before the setting process and that the setting head is in contact. The pressure force can be variably adjusted by springs to suit the application.
  • The press-on release mechanism is installed in addition to the release button. It enables the setting tool to be triggered only when an adjustable pressure force on the components is reached. This ensures that the components are properly pressed to prevent uncontrolled deformation of the rivet shaft between the materials. The pressing force can be varied in five steps by adding or removing springs. Accidental adjustment of the defined pressing force is impossible.
