Product Description
- The quick exhaust valve is ideal for quick venting and thus for increasing the operating speed of a cylinder as well as for feeding through lubricated and unlubricated, filtered compressed air.
- The housing is made of anodised aluminium and the seals are made of nitrile rubber.
- The valve is screwed directly to the cylinder with connection "A".
- The following applies to ventilation: The air flowing from the control valve can flow unhindered from port "P" to port "A".
- The following applies to venting: When the valve switches to venting, port "P" is depressurised. The valve then switches to flow from port "A" to port "R" so that the air can flow unhindered from the cylinder to the outside.
- If a silencer is used on connection "R", it must be large enough to prevent back pressure.
- Caution: The valve may only be used with cylinders that have sufficient damping in the end positions (adjustable end position damping, shock absorbers).
