Product Description
- The radial press REMS Mini-Press 22V ACC enables the production of press connections of all common pressfitting systems with a diameter of 10 to 40 mm.
- The radial press REMS Mini-Press 22V ACC is characterized by its handy and lightweight design. Thanks to its compact dimensions and optimum weight distribution, it can be operated with one hand and is suitable for work in confined spaces as well as overhead work.
- After pressing, the positive sequence ensures the automatic return of the pressing tongs and thus increases the working, functional and operational safety. The ergonomically designed housing with softgrip also ensures safe handling, a work lamp is integrated.
- The compact design is made possible by the special arrangement of the pressing tongs connection (patent EP 1 952 948).
- The radial press can be used in mains and battery operation and can be parked on the rechargeable battery with the pressing tongs inserted.
- The crimping tool holder is> 360 ° rotatable, thanks to the automatic locking, the crimping and / or intermediate pliers are securely seated in the drive unit. With less than 4 s, the pressing process is particularly fast. The drive unit is suitable for REMS MINI pressing tongs, REMS MINI tweezers and pressing tongs from other popular manufacturers.
- The electro-hydraulic drive with robust planetary gear, the eccentric piston pump and the high-performance hydraulic system as well as the high-torque accumulator motor ensure tons of pushing and pushing force.
- Included in delivery is a heavy-duty Li-Ion battery 21.6 V 1.5 Ah with a long battery life. Per load, about 250 pressings of Viega Profipress DN 15 are possible. In contrast to a rechargeable battery Li-Ion 14.4 V, about 50% more pressing operations can be performed. The quick charger ensures short charging times, the stepped charge status indicator with colored LED reliably shows the current battery level. No memory effect for maximum battery performance. As an accessory, a 230 V / 21.6 V power supply is available (not included).
