Product Description
  • The radial press REMS Power-Press XL ACC enables the production of press connections of all common pressfitting systems with a diameter of 10 to 108 (110) mm.
Application
  • The electro-hydraulic REMS Power-Press XL ACC is characterized by its compact, site-suitable and robust construction. Thanks to the ergonomic housing and the additional recessed grip, the drive machine feels good in the hand, while the softgrip provides additional grip.
  • The drive unit is universally applicable and allows press connections with a diameter of 10 to 108 mm, e.g. at Geberit Mapress STAINLESS STEEL in 15 seconds (maximum diameter up to 110 mm possible). It is also suitable for pressing tongs or pressing rings of other makes. The long working stroke enables powerful pressure in just one operation.
  • After pressing, the positive sequence ensures the automatic return of the pressing tongs and thus increases the working, functional and operational safety. The automatic locking ensures a secure fit of the pressing / intermediate pliers, the pressing pliers holder is rotatable. The drive unit is suitable for REMS pressing tongs XL as well as for pressing tongs of other common manufacturers. The intervention protection is adjustable, safety tip switch available.
  • The powerful electro-hydraulic drive with robust planetary gear, the eccentric piston pump and the compact high-performance hydraulic system as well as the proven universal motor provide tons of pushing and pushing force.
