- The RWR-80 L pipe and heat exchanger cleaning system is used for the straightforward cleaning and maintenance of pipes, heat exchangers and temperature control units inside industrial plants, without the need to dismantle them.
- Over time, limescale, rust and oil and grease deposits build up inside the pipework system, causing encrustations that reduce the internal diameter.
- Using the RWR ensures that the system’s ducts remain clean, thereby preventing any drop in operational performance.
- The mobile unit is mounted on a stainless steel trolley with rubber-coated castors.
- The cleaning system is fitted with acid- and alkali-resistant inlet and return hoses, a hose holder and a stainless steel filter to protect the pump.
- The tank for the cleaning fluid, the heater and the float switch for monitoring the liquid level are made of stainless steel.
