- Derm universal roller for deaerating fibre-reinforced wet laminates is particularly suitable for low-viscosity resins and thin glass fibre fabrics, but not or poorly suited for thick glass fibre fabrics.
- This design reduces breakage of the glass fibres during deaeration and prevents the resin film from shifting on the mat.
- Thanks to the plug-in fastening of the roller on the aluminium bushing, the roller can be quickly removed from the bracket without additional tools.
- The inner roller bore is sealed on one side with plugs, which prevents the penetration of glass fibres and resins and thus prevents the roller from jamming.
- The plastic handle is ergonomically shaped with a holder for the extension handle.
- Aluminium rollers can also be cleaned by burning off the hardened resins and thus achieve a longer service life.
- This venting roller is highly resistant to almost all cleaning agents.
