Description

This transportable removal system enables flexible working.
The dispensing system consists of a drum pump and a suspended pressure control unit, which adjusts the inlet pressure and provides additional safety against misuse.
A pressure gauge provides a visual check of the inlet pressure.
The drum pump has a flexible discharge hose that enables the solvent to be filled safely and accurately dosed even into containers that are further away.
The dispensing system has a drum screw connection for steel drums with R 2 " thread as well as thread adapters - adaptable for commercially available containers.
Pressurised gas (compressed air or nitrogen) is used to create an overpressure in the container, which conveys the liquid out of the container.
Operation using pressurised gas offers the advantage that the user can easily remove large quantities, leaving both hands free to fill the solvent.
This means that even hazardous media, such as acetone, ethanol, methanol, etc., can be filled safely and dosed precisely via the drain tap.
If it is used with oxygen-sensitive or extremely pure media, operation with inert gas (e.g. nitrogen) is possible.
The drum screw connection and stopcocks hermetically seal the drum and pump, preventing solvent-containing vapours from escaping after filling and thus protecting the health of users and the environment.
The pump can be easily attached to the container using the drum screw connection.
The compressed air or nitrogen connection (3 to 10 bar) can be made via a mobile or stationary compressed air supply.
The dispensing system is supplied including transport stand, earthing cable for pressure control unit, connecting hose, spanner and adapter for pressurisation.
The device is suitable for UN containers and drums (test pressure min. 150 kpa) and complies with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU.
