- Delivery includes 4 upper standard roller wheels (1 piece for roller stretching and setting down with the corresponding lower moulding roller and 3 pieces for retracting beads of different widths with the corresponding lower moulding rollers) and 10 lower standard moulding rollers (6 pieces of different radii for roller stretching, 1 piece for setting down and 3 pieces for retracting beads)
- complete equipment:
- Upper roller wheel can be rotated by 90
- upper roller wheel easily replaceable
- lower moulding rollers can also be rotated up to 90° thanks to special design, meaning they can work in all directions
- special quick-lift mechanism for the lower mould rollers Device for lifting by forklift or crane Quick-lift construction for the stand frame
- Holes drilled in the feet for fixing to the floor.
- Optionally available lower moulded rollers in steel (DF+BF versions) and in plastic (KF versions) fit into the lower bracket, the round side of the axle is used (distance between the rollers and the bracket is then only approx. 2 mm on each side)
