Product Description
- The round brush allows the deburring of components such as cylinder heads and gears made of non-ferrous metals, especially aluminum, or titanium, steel, cast iron and is suitable for processing wood and plastics
- It is particularly suitable for use on robots and stationary machines
- Application
- Stationary round brush with plastic body, very high stocking density and a quiet run
- The abrasive grains of silicon carbide are embedded in the plastic covering and ensure a constant aggressiveness during the grinding process
- The round brush is available in different grain sizes and can thus be adapted to the processing task
- For safety reasons the max. Permissible speed can not be exceeded
- Please note that hand-held tool drives are not suitable for round brushes with a diameter of more than 180 mm
- Stocking material - silicon carbide
- Suitable for - non-ferrous metal, titanium, wood, plastic, cast iron
- Brush diameter - 150 or 250 mm
- Bore diameter - 50.8 mm
- Diameter of trimming material - 0.55 to 1.14 mm
- Available sizes (W x L) - 25 x 32 or 25 x 38 mm
