Product Description
- The DC20 diaphragm pump is compatible with numerous chemicals.
- Well suited for acids and alkalis.
- The DC20 is an air-operated double diaphragm pump for dosing and pumping a wide range of liquids.
- The diaphragm pump is suitable for OEM applications and industrial processes with lower flow rates.
- The air motor with non-counterbalanced control valve requires a lower starting pressure, which enables more precise flow adjustment by regulating the air pressure. The motor (pneumatic directional control valve and air chamber covers) is made of polypropylene.
- The pump's wetted materials are suitable for the most aggressive liquids and for use in corrosive environments.
- Fully groundable pumps with ATEX certification are available for use in potentially explosive atmospheres (Ex II2 GD IIB/ IIC 95 ˚C).
- Recommended application:
- Water-based liquids and adhesives, diluted alkalis and acids, alcohols and water-based coatings.
