- The SMC JSXV 2/2-way solenoid valve is mainly used in applications that require the control of a vacuum system, such as vacuum suction cups, vacuum packaging machines, semiconductor manufacturing, laboratory equipment and all devices that need to quickly shut off or restore a vacuum.
- It is often used with vacuum pumps to prevent pump oil from flowing back and contaminating the system.
- The SMC JSXV 2/2-way solenoid valve is a direct-acting seat valve in vacuum design.
- The default position is normally closed (N.C.).
- The N.C. function ensures reliable closure when de-energised.
