Product Description
- The SMC KQG2W screw-in elbow is used in pneumatic and fluid systems where a space-saving, right-angled hose connection with an external thread is required.
- Typical areas of application include, for example, food technology, medical technology, the chemical industry and semiconductor manufacturing.
- It is particularly suitable for applications involving high temperatures, confined spaces and frequent pipe changes.
- Its grease-free design makes it ideal for processes with high hygiene requirements or cleanroom applications.
- The robust stainless steel construction ensures a durable, leak-free connection.
- The SMC KQG2W screw-in elbow is a single-ended, grease-free push-fit connector made of 316 stainless steel with a 90° design and external thread.
- It is fitted with a special FKM seal and is suitable for use with compressed air, water and steam up to 150 °C.
- The grease-free version allows for use in hygienically sensitive applications.
- The tool-free push-fit technology ensures secure and time-saving installation, whilst the external thread allows for direct integration into threaded holes or components.
- Thanks to its compact design, the KQG2W saves space and weight in the system.
