Product Description
The swivelling SMC KQ2Y T-shaped push-fit screw fitting is used to branch off an internal thread at a 90° angle.
It is used in automation technology, mechanical engineering and in pneumatic control and supply systems where different pipe runs need to be combined.
Their use is particularly advantageous in modular plant layouts and compact control units, where threaded and push-fit connections are combined to save space.
Tool-free assembly enables quick installation as well as easy adjustments and maintenance work.
Description
The SMC KQ2Y T-shaped push-fit screw fitting, which can be swivelled through 360°, is made of brass and features a POM pressure ring.
It is fitted with an external thread and two hose inlets of equal size in a T-shape.
The connection thread is sealed with a face seal.
The compact design facilitates installation even in confined spaces.
Thanks to precise manufacturing, reliable and leak-tight connections are guaranteed over the long term, even with frequent reconnection.
