Product Description
- The super-heavy AIRDUC® PUR 356 AS suction and delivery hose is ideally suited for high throughputs of extremely abrasive solids such as sand, gravel, grain, shards and chips.
- The hose is also suitable for transporting flammable gaseous and liquid media and is used for silo vehicles, as a transport hose in glassworks, harbour facilities, steelworks, quarries, shipyards, cement works and others.
- The AIRDUC® PUR 356 AS in super heavy-duty design is kink-resistant, extremely abrasion-resistant thanks to targeted reinforcement under the wire and low hose pitch.
- The flexible hose is characterised by extremely small bending radii, very high resistance to pressure, vacuum and crushing, good UV and ozone resistance, good resistance to oil and petrol and good resistance to chemicals.
- The suction and delivery hose is smooth on the inside, vacuum-proof, flow-optimised and free of plasticisers and halogens.
- AIRDUC® PUR 356 AS also impresses with its high tensile and tear strength, high axial strength and very good low-temperature flexibility.
- The hose is suitable for pneumatic transport of combustible dusts and bulk materials (zone 20, 21, 22 inside), for aspiration of combustible dusts (zone 22 inside), for conveying flammable liquids (inside zone 0, 1, 2), for conveying non-flammable liquids, for use in zone 1 and 2 (gases), for use in zone 0 (gases).
