Product Description
- The sanding roller set contains various sanding rollers, which are used for universal grinding tasks on metals and other materials
- They are particularly suitable for deburring work on bores and hard-to-reach places, for the machining of throat welds in the field of metal construction and for deburring work on castings
- The sanding roller set consists of 150 POLIROLL® sanding rollers in cylinder or cone shape with a suitable tool holder
- Rollers are included in the grain sizes 80 and 150
- The grinding wheels consist of a spirally wound abrasive on a resin-coated, tensile-resistant support
- They have a very good cutting performance; after the wear of the outer grinding fabric, fresh abrasive grain is used again due to the construction
- In order to prevent damage to the bond by heat development, the grinding rollers should only be used with the tip
- In order to increase the service life and the grinding performance, a suitable grinding oil is to be used
- For safety reasons the max. Permissible speed can not be exceeded
