Product Description
- The KQ2VF screw-in angle is used to connect pneumatic hoses to a threaded connection at a 90-degree angle in confined spaces.
- It is used in automation technology, mechanical engineering and pneumatic control and supply systems where extremely limited installation space is available.
- It is particularly advantageous for use in compact machine housings, control cabinets or densely packed modules, where its particularly low height prevents collisions.
- The swivelling design also allows flexible alignment of the lines during installation.
- The KQ2VF screw-in angle connector is made of high-quality materials such as POM for the pressure ring and precision-manufactured metal components made of brass or chemically nickel-plated brass.
- The connection thread is coated with a thread sealant at the factory.
- The oval pressure ring significantly reduces the force required to insert and remove the hoses and enables quick, tool-free installation.
- Thanks to its flat design, the KQ2VF is particularly suitable for very tight installation conditions where every millimetre counts.
- Precise workmanship guarantees permanently secure and tight connections, even when the hoses are frequently reconnected.
