Product Description
- The KQ2VS screw-in angle is used to connect pneumatic hoses to a threaded connection at a 90-degree angle in a space-saving manner, especially in very tight installation conditions.
- It is used in automation technology, mechanical engineering and pneumatic control and supply systems where only limited installation space is available.
- Particularly advantageous for use in compact machine housings and control cabinet installations.
- The KQ2VS screw-in angle connector is made of high-quality materials such as POM for the pressure ring and precision-manufactured metal components made of brass or chemically nickel-plated brass.
- The connection thread is coated with a thread sealant at the factory.
- The oval pressure ring significantly reduces the force required to insert and remove the hoses and allows quick, tool-free installation.
- The integrated hexagon socket in the thread allows the fitting to be installed even in very confined spaces where conventional hexagon wrenches cannot be used.
- Precise workmanship ensures permanently secure and tight connections, even when the hoses are frequently reconnected.
