Product Description
- The series 4000 hygienic safety valves are ideal for protecting processes, systems and containers in the food and pharmaceutical industries for air, neutral and non-neutral vapors and gases, water vapor and liquids.
- The series 4000 safety valves are ideally suited for use in the food industry, in dairies, breweries, in the beverage industry, pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics industry, in medical technology and in clean service applications.
- With the new series 4000 safety valves, the high demands on cleanability and thus the dead space-free construction of equipment parts were implemented in a safety valve for the first time.
- The cone-shaped membrane, which is used instead of a rubber bellows, optimally separates the area in contact with the medium from the spring chamber of the valve.
- All surfaces, the primary valve plug seal and the body seals are easy to clean.
- In addition, a pneumatic piston drive and, optionally, a proximity switch to indicate the opening of the safety valve are available for lifting the valves.
