Product Description
  • The overflow valves / control valves of the 453 series offer reliable protection of pumps against overload in closed circuits for neutral and non-neutral, non-sticking liquids.
  • These valves are ideal for regulating pressure systems for neutral and non-neutral gases and vapors and - depending on the seal - also for water vapor.
  • The 453 series is ideally suited for use in chemical plants, biogas plants, in test bench technology, in machine and apparatus construction, in shipbuilding and equipment, in desalination plants, in offshore applications, as well as in secondary areas in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries - and cosmetics industry.
Application
  • These overflow valves or control valves were developed for complex applications with, for example, large overflow quantities, viscous media or counter pressures that occur.
  • Thanks to the design made of counterpressure compensating stainless steel, counterpressure acting on the outlet side does not affect the setting of the valve.
  • The compression springs are designed very precisely for the setting ranges, the functional parts in the flow area and the housing are manufactured in a technically complex design.
  • This overflow valve / control valve impresses with its unusually high flow rates and nevertheless very proportional control behavior.
