Product Description
  • The overflow valve / control valve of the 853 series offers reliable protection of pumps against overload in closed circuits for neutral and non-neutral, non-sticky liquids.
  • This valve is ideal for regulating pressure systems for neutral and non-neutral gases and vapors and - depending on the seal - also for water vapor.
  • The 853 series is ideally suited for use in pump protection, test bench technology, apparatus construction, shipbuilding and equipment, de-icing technology, mechanical engineering and industrial applications.
Application
  • This overflow and control valve made of corrosion-resistant gunmetal is the ideal alternative to the stainless steel version.
  • Except for the media resistance of the housing material, the design is identical to the valve series 453.
  • A suitable sealing material can be selected for almost any medium, so the valves of the 853 series cover a wide range of applications.
  • The valves can be easily adjusted in the corresponding spring area using the handwheel, but can also be set to the desired pressure and sealed at the factory.
  • Setting or adjustment is also possible during operation.
