Product Description
- The spark arrester type FVA is primarily used in processes in which sparks are produced by grinding, plasma or flame cutting, which could enter the filter system via a short path.
- It is suitable for all applications in which sparking with a downstream filter unit must be reliably prevented in order to minimise filter damage and fire risks.
- The FVA is installed directly in front of the filter unit on a level surface and thus ensures effective protection of the extraction system during spark-intensive machining processes.
- The spark arrester type FVA serves as a pre-separator for the reliable separation of sparks before filtering the process air.
- An integrated labyrinth system directs the airflow over a water bath in which any sparks are reliably extinguished.
- The water level in the container can be conveniently checked via a water level indicator on the front, and an automatic water top-up function is available if required.
- The wheeled collection container is mounted in the Quicklock system and enables user-friendly emptying.
- The compact design and simple connection to the filter unit make the FVA particularly easy to maintain and flexible to use.
