- The straight plug-in screw connection KQ2S is used to connect pneumatic hoses to a thread in a space-saving and flexible manner, especially in confined installation situations.
- It is used in automation technology, mechanical engineering and in pneumatic control and supply systems where compact and flexible mounting options are required.
- They are particularly advantageous for use in machine housings, control blocks and switch cabinets where there is little space available for screw connections.
- Tool-free plug-in assembly enables quick and easy installation and maintenance.
- The KQ2S straight plug-in screw connection consists of precision-machined metal components made of brass, chemically nickel-plated brass or 303 stainless steel and has a POM pressure ring.
- The connection thread is coated with a thread sealant at the factory.
- Their compact, straight design enables space-saving connection of pneumatic hoses to a threaded connection.
- The oval pressure ring significantly reduces the force required to insert and remove the hoses and allows quick, tool-free installation.
- The integrated hexagon socket allows easy installation even in very tight installation spaces where conventional external hexagon screw connections cannot be used.
- The precise workmanship guarantees permanently secure and tight connections, even when the hoses are frequently reconnected.
