Product Description
- The suction blast cabinet is suitable for all commercially available blasting media, but not recommended for slag or quartz sand.
- The powerful suction blast cabinet is completely ready for operation and is used wherever surface problems need to be solved - derusting, descaling, deburring, roughening, compacting, polishing and cleaning
- The blasting gun is guided by hand or locked into a fixable nozzle holder. The blasting process is switched on and off via a foot valve. The articles to be processed are inserted through a hinged front flap.
- A large viewing window allows an unobstructed view into the blasting cabinet. The dust-tight protective tube light in borosilicate glass with LED illumination 37/40 W provides good illumination in the blasting cabinet. The cabin is connected by flexible hose to an adjacent cyclone (abrasive cleaner 16.8 m³/min 1.1 kW). The cyclone consists of a fan, pre-cutter, sieve, abrasive hopper with filling and cleaning flap. The dust-laden air is led through a flexible hose to the filter. The filter consists of a filter chamber with pocket filter and support frame, manual cleaning mechanism and a dust drawer. The air cleaned by the pocket filter is returned to the atmosphere.
