- Wherever there are high and different demands on a parts cleaning system, TURBO 800 represents the efficient combination of manual cleaning using a flow brush and automatic cleaning like in a hot water parts washing machine.
- Manual cleaning in the TURBO 800 washing system enables complex part geometries to be cleaned effectively, which cannot be cleaned satisfactorily in the automatic mode of a normal parts washing system.
- In this way, a wide variety of cleaning requirements can be optimally implemented.
- The TURBO 800 parts washing system made of solid V2A stainless steel is equipped with two self-sufficient pumps, one for manual parts washing and another for automatic cleaning.
- Thanks to the driven rotating basket and the high spray pressure, the cleaning medium has an optimal effect on the items to be cleaned.
- Two gauntlets and a large viewing window are integrated in the lid to monitor manual or automatic work processes in the illuminated interior.
- An ergonomic hand spray gun can either be used with a quick release fastener with a cleaning brush or with a Vario cleaning nozzle.
- The cleaning nozzle can either generate a point jet that removes dirt from hard-to-reach places or a surface jet to clean smooth surfaces.
- Quick drying with compressed air is then possible.
- A working temperature in the range of 40 ° C to 55 ° C, which is sensible for most applications, is preset at the factory and can be changed if necessary by arrangement.
- For problem-free loading and unloading, the mesh basket can be turned in the idle state using a push button.
- The stainless steel basket can be extended to a load of 1000 kg if necessary.
- In order to ensure the safety of the operating personnel, the automatic cleaning operation is only possible if the interventions for manual cleaning are tightly closed.
