Product Description
- The turbo wall is used to detect pollutants in work processes that generate smoke, dust, aerosols, gases or vapours.
- Typical areas of application are grinding, polishing, soldering, gluing or laboratory work where safe air pollution control is required at the workplace.
- It is suitable for both manual workshops and industrial production areas with changing workstations.
- Its use is particularly advantageous wherever there is little space available and yet powerful extraction is required.
- Thanks to its flexible combinability with different extraction systems, the turbo wall can be easily integrated into existing work processes.
- The turbo wall works on the principle of the eddy current bonnet and thus enables very efficient detection of vapours, gases, smoke and light dusts directly at the point of origin.
- By simply placing it on an existing worktable or workbench, a space-saving and cost-effective extraction workstation is created.
- The compact design requires only a low air volume flow with a large detection depth at the same time.
- Thanks to the robust design without wearing parts, the turbo wall is particularly low-maintenance and durable.
- It can be flexibly connected to a separate fan, an extraction and filter unit or a centralised extraction system.
