Product Description
- The WBP wet jet pump is used wherever minimal dust generation and high cleaning performance are required.
- Typical applications can be found in the surface cleaning of steel, stone and concrete surfaces, especially in situations where it is not possible to enclose the work area.
- The WBP also offers a practical solution for projects in which the effort required to remove and dispose of the abrasive is to be reduced.
- Thanks to effective dust binding through water injection, the system ensures a clean and controlled blasting result, even in sensitive or difficult-to-access application environments.
- The WBP wet blast pump was specially designed for wet abrasive blasting.
- It is mounted on a robust, mobile frame, which makes it much easier to transport and use on a wide variety of construction sites.
- The wet jet pump itself is made of high-quality stainless steel, which gives it a particularly high resistance and long service life.
- With a pressure ratio of 3:1 and a flow rate of up to 16 liters per minute, the WBP enables efficient water supply during the blasting process.
- The system is supplied complete with a water intake hose, a compressed air filter/regulator unit and two adapters for water injection, which are fitted with suitable hose couplings.
- Water can be supplied either directly to the adapter or nozzle or to the blasting hose, allowing the operator to react flexibly to the respective requirements.
