Product Description
- The KQB2U-F Y-plug splitter is used to branch pneumatic hose lines of the same size in hygienic production environments in a space-saving manner.
- It is used in the food and beverage industry, the pharmaceutical industry and biotechnology, wherever flexible and hygienic distribution of multiple lines is required.
- It is particularly advantageous for use in systems with regular CIP/SIP cleaning processes where absolute cleanability and sterility are required.
- The compact design allows use even in confined spaces.
- The KQB2U-F Y-plug branch connector is made of high-quality 316 stainless steel and meets the hygiene requirements of the FDA and EHEDG.
- The smooth, polished surfaces and dead space-free design prevent the accumulation of residues and facilitate cleaning in CIP/SIP processes.
- The blue special FKM seals also ensure a secure, hygienic seal during operation.
