Product Description
- The KCU Y-plug connector is used in pneumatic systems in which a compressed air flow needs to be efficiently distributed to two outlets, e.g. in automatic assembly machines, test benches, packaging machines or in modular control systems.
- Its shut-off function makes it particularly suitable for systems with frequent hose changes, where operational safety must be ensured by minimising leaks.
- It is ideal for the parallel supply of two actuators or functional units with only one input connection.
- The KCU Y-plug connector is a compact, symmetrical connection type for branching a compressed air flow in two parallel directions.
- Both outlets are equipped with an integrated shut-off valve that reliably prevents unwanted escape of compressed air when the hoses are disconnected.
- The KCU series is suitable for hoses made of nylon, soft nylon and polyurethane.
- All metal parts are chemically nickel-plated, which ensures corrosion protection and suitability for copper-free applications.
- The design allows for quick installation and easy handling, even in confined spaces.
