- A Signal appears on Outlet A only if on both inlets simultaneously a signal is generated
- At differing pressures only the lowest pressure gets to Outlet A
- The AND-Element has no discharge as passive element
- After deletion of one or both inlet signals the valve is discharged by the upstream signal elements
