The FIS VL 300 T installation mortar is approved for fastening standard applications in cracked concrete and masonry, where it achieves a high load-bearing capacity. The injection mortar FIS VL 300 T is used with the approved system components anchor rod FIS A and internally threaded anchor RG MI indoors and outdoors. FIS VL 300 T is approved for anchoring in cracked concrete C20/25 to C50/60, hollow blocks made of lightweight concrete, hollow perforated bricks, perforated sand-lime bricks, solid sand-lime bricks, solid bricks, reinforcement connections and aerated concrete. It is also suitable for C12/C15 concrete and hollow concrete blocks.

Application

The extensive temperature resistance of the FIS VL 300 T injection mortar enables a good load level even with high temperature requirements, allowing a high degree of flexibility during processing. The 2-component injection mortar based on vinyl ester resin enables anchoring in concrete in water-filled drill holes, enabling rapid work progress. The resin and hardener are stored in two separate chambers and are only mixed and activated during the injection process. The mortar is injected bubble-free from the bottom of the drill hole. The mortar bonds the fastening material to the entire surface of the drill hole wall and seals the drill hole. The FIS VL 300 T installation mortar can be applied without special tools using standard silicone pressing equipment. Opened cartridges can be reused by changing the static mixer. The installation mortar is supplied in a practical, handy cool box with 12 cartridges and 24 mixers.
