Product Description
- The FIS VL installation mortar is approved for fastening standard applications in cracked concrete and in masonry, where it achieves a high load-bearing capacity. The FIS VL injection mortar is processed with the approved system components FIS A anchor rod and RG MI internal threaded anchor in interior and exterior areas. The installation mortar is approved for anchoring in cracked concrete C20/25 to C50/60, lightweight concrete hollow block, hollow perforated brick, perforated sand-lime brick, solid sand-lime brick, solid brick, rebar connectors and aerated concrete. It is additionally suitable for concrete C12/C15 and hollow concrete block.
- The wide-ranging temperature resistance of FIS VL injection mortar enables a good load level even at high temperature requirements, allowing high flexibility in processing. The 2K injection mortar based on vinyl ester resin enables anchoring in concrete in water-filled boreholes, which enables rapid work progress
- The resin and hardener are stored in two separate chambers and are only mixed and activated during squeezing. The mortar is injected from the bottom of the borehole without bubbles. The mortar bonds the fastening material to the borehole wall over the entire surface and seals the borehole.
- FIS VL 150 C and 300 T assembly mortar can be processed with commercially available silicone pressing equipment without special tools. Opened cartridges can be reused by changing the static mixer
