Product Description
  • The TAURUS® Axial blind rivet setting tool can be installed in production systems and at the same time enables flexible and ergonomic hand-operated work in applications that have limited accessibility and thus require riveting from above.
  • Ideally suited for installation in assembly tables, fixtures or partially automated workplaces
  • Very practical for processing blind rivets in places that require vertical riveting
  • Operating handle in the rivet axis enables ergonomic work, especially in vertical applications
Application
  • Inexpensive alternative to TAUREX Axial or TAUREX Axial compact
  • Can be suspended from a balancer
  • Same performance and technical data as the respective individual devices of the TAURUS® series 1-4
  • In order to ensure that the components to be riveted lie on top of one another without a gap and that the setting head is in contact, the TAURUS® Axial can also be supplied with a pressure release.
  • External extraction is recommended for all Axial devices, with the exception of the Axial eco.
  • An additionally switched air supply is necessary for safe rivet mandrel extraction. Depending on the application, this is best achieved using the balancer with valve or the time delay valve (see page 123).
  • Can be equipped with almost all additional devices of the TAURUS® series: e.g. Extension units, blind rivet counter, pressure release and remote control
