Product Description
- The fixed castor is suitable for quiet movement and simultaneous dissipation of static electricity in light to medium-duty transport applications in sensitive work areas.
- The fixed castor is an electrically conductive transport castor with a wheel body made of grey polypropylene and a thermoplastic elastomer tread with a hardness of 65 to 75 Shore A in a grey finish, available in diameters from 100 to 200 mm and wheel widths from 32 to 40 mm.
- It features a hot-dip galvanised sheet steel housing with a bolt-on plate and pre-drilled holes, a ball bearing and a bolted wheel axle for smooth and reliable running.
- The electrically conductive version enables the controlled dissipation of static charge and increases safety in sensitive areas of application.
- The castors are designed for temperatures ranging from -20 °C to +60 °C and, depending on the model, can handle loads of 90 to 175 kg with overall heights of 125 to 235 mm.
- The fixed castor is designed for use in light to medium-duty transport applications requiring ESD protection in industrial and production environments.
