Product Description
- PU-2K rapid foam adheres to all building materials except PE/PP, Teflon®, silicone, greases, mould release agents, etc.
- Building material class B2 DIN 4102 Part 1. Two-component, self-expanding, ready-to-use polyurethane foam
- The fresh foam hardens quickly through a targeted chemical reaction between the hardener and isocyanate components without the addition of water or air humidity, evenly and simultaneously throughout the entire amount of foam applied.
- Non-sticky – after approx. 8 minutes. Can be cut: after approx. 20 minutes
- Expandable – after 1 hour
- Fully load-bearing after approx. 3 hours (at +20 °C and 65% relative humidity)
- Foam yield – 1 litre yields approx. 20 litres
- Resistant to water, heat and cold (-40 °C to +100 °C), but not resistant to UV radiation
