- E-WELD 3 welding separator is suitable for common welding applications, ranging from MIG/MAG welding to laser cutting, where weld spatter is produced and may adhere to the workpiece or the welding equipment.
- The emulsion is used in, amongst other things, vehicle manufacturing, specialised engineering, steel construction, tank and boiler construction, crane manufacturing, and in the automotive and supplier industries. It is suitable for welding work on stainless steel and other metals.
- E-WELD 3 is a welding separator with integrated cleaning and degreasing properties. Contaminated workpiece surfaces can be cleaned with E-WELD 3 prior to the welding process and then processed immediately afterwards.
- The active ingredients contained in the product form a barrier between the workpiece and welding spatter, providing temporary corrosion protection for weldable metals. After the welding process, the sheets can then be galvanised or painted.
- The welding release agent is ready to use and is sprayed thinly onto the surface to be protected before welding. The stable emulsion prevents the active ingredients from separating during storage.
