Product Description
- E-WELD 3 welding release agent can be used for all common welding applications from MIG / MAG welding to laser cutting, in which undesired weld spatter occurs and adheres to the workpiece or the welding system.
- The emulsion is used in vehicle construction, special construction, steel construction, container and boiler construction, crane construction, the automotive and supplier industries and other metal processing companies for welding stainless steel and other metals.
- E-WELD 3 is a welding release agent with an integrated cleaning and degreasing effect.
- Workpieces with contaminated surfaces can be cleaned easily and effectively with E-WELD 3 before the welding process.
- The clean surface can then be welded directly.
- The contained ingredients form a barrier between the workpiece and the splashes and give all weldable metals temporary protection against corrosion. Immediately after the welding process, the sheets can easily be galvanized or painted.
- The welding release agent is ready to use and is sprayed thinly onto the surface to be protected before welding.
- The stable emulsion prevents the active ingredients from separating during storage.
- E-WELD 3 is offered in container sizes of 20 L and 200 L.
